How long will it take for my Chomps to ship?
Tracking information for an order is typically sent within one business day. When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with delivery information from the carrier. Depending on where you're located shipping times are normally 3-6 business days.
How much does Chomps charge for shipping?
All orders over $30 will receive free shipping*! You can also sign up for a subscription and get free shipping on every order, every time. Orders under $30 will be charged a $5 flat rate shipping fee. It's just like picking up Chomps in your local grocery store except we bring them right to your door!
*Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guatemala qualify for free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 must pay a $10 flat rate shipping fee.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via standard shipping carriers such as USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Shipped, can I still cancel or return my order?
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return unopened products within our return policy guidelines. Please confirm if you would like to proceed with a return and our team at support@chompe.us will send you a prepaid return label.
